This day-long symposium on 26 August 2006 shared Made-In-Singapore innovations and entrepreneurship.
The Joint Technology Innovation Symposium was organised as a public service by the Imperial College Alumni Association of Singapore (ICAAS), the University of Illinois Alumni Association of Singapore (UIAAS), and the National Library Board (NLB). This day-long symposium on 26 August 2006 shared Made-In-Singapore innovations and entrepreneurship. The speakers for the symposium were well known experts and practitioners drawn from alumni community of Imperial College, University of Illinois, as well as their contacts.
The keynote address was given by Dr. Francis Yeoh (COO, National Research Foundation). The ICAAS speakers were William Liu (President, Green Dot Capital), Prof. Wong Limsoon (National University of Singapore), Oh Lock Soon (Assistant MD, Business Group, UnitedPremas), and Chan Tze Hoe (Investment Manager, CapVista). There were 3 other speakers from Encentuate, Hyflux, and Land Transport Authority.
