CBC MRes Student Conference
On the 27th July 2006 the CBC MRes students gave talks on the current research. Keynote speakers were Michael Kozlov and Michael Wakelam
On the 27th July 2006, the CBC hosted a conference for all of its students. All students from the MRes courses (both the MRes In Biomolecular Sciences and Protein and Membrane Chemical Biology) gave 15 mintute presentations on their current reseach. Please see below for the abstracts of the talks.
The day started and ended with keynote presentations from Michael Kozlov and Michael Wakelam respectively. Sessions were chaired by our current CBC Doctoal Training Centre PhD students. Detailed reports of each session were written by our PhD students (see below).
Micheal Kozlov from Tel Aviv has spent the whole of June and July with the CBC as a visiting professor. For more information please see his research page.
Michael Wakelam is from the Division of Cancer Studies at the Unviersity of Birmingham. For more information on his research please see his research page.
