The College’s Staying Well (SWELL) Plan is a practical tool adapted from established wellness frameworks to help employees manage their physical and mental health.

How It Works
Employees can create a personal SWELL Plan and share it with their managers. This plan prepares for potential health challenges by identifying support needs and setting practical steps. It also promotes open communication for ongoing review and risk management.

Confidentiality
The SWELL Plan is confidential and reviewed regularly between the employee and their manager. It's not legally binding and is intended to guide workplace support. Employees share only what’s relevant to their role and comfort level. This document does not need to be stored with or approved by Occupational Health.

Take Action
Developing a SWELL Plan helps you proactively maintain your health at work.
