Great Service Programme

Aiming to deliver improvements across HR, Procurement, Finance and Research Administration. There are two components to this: replacing our current system, ICIS, with a new cloud-based system, and improving our processes and ways of working.

International Mobility Project

Working overseas can carry significant financial, legal, regulatory and safety risks for individuals as well as the College and we must ensure our International Mobility (overseas working) function keeps in step with the global reach of our research.

Delivering strategic physical and digital transformation projects to enable Imperial to grow its academic endeavour through world-leading infrastructure.
