What we do
The mission of the Strategic Programmes and Change team (formerly Change and Operational Improvement) is to facilitate change and champion a culture of continuous improvement at Imperial College London.
To do this, our team works collaboratively to support the transition and transformation of goals, processes and technologies across Imperial. We strive to improve the efficiency of our operations to help the College achieve enduring excellence in research and education for the benefit of society. We provide resources that support change initiatives across the College, ensuring a coordinated approach to the delivery of these initiatives. Our team possess a range of skills in project management, change management, process analysis and optimisation, data analysis and communications.
