The Third Annual PSTRC/CPSSQ Symposium took place on 9^th September 2015 and gathered a group of likeminded researchers, healthcare professionals and members of the public to showcase examples of patient safety related work from the NIHR Imperial PSTRC and CPSSQ. Participates enjoyed lectures and presentations on a wide range of topics, including the role of economic analysis in patient safety, and the importance of including a diverse set of stakeholders in patient safety research.
