Summary

I'm PhD researcher investigating changing environmental conditions on ancient Mars by studying data from the Mars 2020 Perseverance rover, where I'm a student collaborator on the Mastcam-Z instrument and a member of the Mars 2020 science team.

My current research is focussed on the origin of the enigmatic Margin Unit of Jezero crater, one of the only carbonate-rich regions of Mars. I'm working on reconstructing the depositional setting of the unit, which has thus far remained undetermined from orbit, using outcrop imagery taken by Mastcam-Z.

My research is funded by the Imperial College President's PhD Scholarship.
