BIO

Theo is a PhD student based in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering and part of the Mechanics of Infrastructure Materials Group. He is also a member of the Science and Solutions for a Changing Planet Doctoral Training Partnership (SSCP DTP) at the Grantham Institute. His research project focuses on developing advanced finite element fracture mechanics models for iceberg calving events in glaciers, under the supervision of Dr Emilio Martinez-Paneda, Dr Ravindra Duddu and Professor Martin Siegert.
