Clotilde Cucinotta: Computational NanoElectrochemistry Group The group's research interests focus on quantum mechanical modelling of materials and electrochemical processes at the nanoscale. The team currently works to develop a new methodology to simulate EC devices such as sensors.

Nicola Gasparini is exploring new applications of printed electronics such as those for biomedical applications, where cost-effective material choices remain scarce and mechanical flexibility is required.

Rylie Green: Tissue Engineering Bionic Devices The Green research group aims to understand cell-material interactions and design appropriate material interfaces with bioactive components which will promote intimate integration between tissue and device.

The Guder group connects the chemical, biological and physical world with machines and strives to deliver solutions to some of society's most difficult problems.

The nanoanalysis group's research is focused on the spectroscopy of molecular materials to explore fundamental scientific issues related to using the functional molecules for electronic applications.

Milo Shaffer: Nanostructured Hierarchical Assemblies and Composites (NanoHAC) The NanoHAC group focuses on the synthesis and applications of nanomaterials, particularly carbon nanotubes and other nanocarbons.

Felice Torrisi: 2D Materials and Wearable Electronics Research in the 2DWEB group covers novel 2D materials and nanomaterials, printed electronics, biosensors and wearable electronics and electronic fibres.

Yunlong Zhao: Electrochemical and Bioelectronic Interface Group Zhao's research group focuses on the rational design and manufacture of novel electrochemical energy storage devices, sensors, bioelectronics, and their integration into 2D on-chip and 3D soft systems for electrochemical and physiological interrogation and applications in future electronics and healthcare.
