- Awaiting decision on whether other student groups will be permitted to return to campus
- Retail outlets across campus can reopen
- ICU operating an outdoor catering service
- Move Imperials gym facilities at Ethos, Putney Boathouse and Charing Cross will reopen to members from Monday 12th April. Potential opening of Silwood gym. Individual use or same household
- Ethos School bookings will be permitted
- Field trips within England will be allowed (on their own or with members of their household, self-contained accommodation)
- Educational day visits are permitted
- No overseas or to other parts of the UK field trips

- Awaiting final decision on whether other student groups will be permitted to return to campus

- ICU bar and catering reopen
- ICU entertainment opens, including cinema
- Orchestra activity can resume
- All other indoor MOVE activities, including group fitness classes and club sport will be available
- Potential for student events and societies to restart
- Field trips within England will be allowed. Domestic residential educational visits permitted.

| Government STEP 4 not before 19 July |
- Restrictions lifted by government. Irrespective of the government guidance, it is advisable that the College does not lift all restrictions at once but enters a ‘transition phase’. One control at a time should be eased to assess its impact. The transition phase will also allow the College to assess the impact of eased restrictions on the wider community and allow the College to revert quickly if there is any adverse impact.

- The transition period may prove a challenge to implement as staff/student buy-in may prove difficult. - The requirements of space, people, and technology will determine the rate of phased return.
