Overview

Indecision due to too much to do? Starting a lot but not finishing as much?
This workshop introduces the science and research behind the topic, focusing on what we already do well and implementing new habits that, when established, support wellbeing.
It will explore the experiences and impact of workplace challenges that negatively affect our mental wellbeing and the direct application of healthy habits in the participants' lives.

By the end of the session, participants will:

  • Learn mechanisms to cope with the feelings of being overwhelmed
  • Adopt an approach to rebalancing overwhelm
  • Negotiate your resources to attempt to reduce the overwhelm
