The rent we charge for the key worker apartments is offered at a significant discount, up to 40% below the market rental value for an equivalent property type.
How key worker rent is calculated
The rent tenants pay is based on the size of the apartment, but will never exceed 40% of the net household income for the highest income in the band. This cap on rent has been set by Hammersmith and Fulham Council.
For the purposes of calculation, net household income has been set at 70% of gross household income.
