We offer general advice and information on a wide range of aspects of life at Imperial, including your student records and fees and finance. Our team are on hand to answer your questions in person, by email or online through the ASK Student Hub service.

Term dates
Opening times
South Kensington (Level 3 Sherfield - West):
We are open Monday to Friday 10am – 4pm
With the current exceptions:
- 26 November we are open 10.30am-12.45pm and 2-4pm
- 27 November we are open 10am-12.45pm and 2-4pm
- 5 December we are open 10am-3.15pm
- 10 December the office is closed - support will be available online and by phone.
White City (Sir Michael Uren Hub – Nose Cone):
We are open Monday to Friday 10am-12.30pm and 1.30pm-4.30pm
With the current exceptions: 5 December we will close at 2.30pm and 10 December the office will be closed.
The offices are closed Bank Holidays and university closures.
