The Student Hub is located in the west end of Sherfield Building. Visit the South Kensington campus page for directions.
Until 1 April: Level 3 Sherfield Building When exiting the lifts, the Student Hub is directly to your left. Our physical offices are closed 2-4 April, inclusive to accommodate our move to our new location on Level 5.
From 7 April: Level 5 Sherfield Building When exiting the lifts, the Student Hub is directly to your right.

The Student Hub is located in the Sir Michael Uren Hub building, 86 Wood Lane. Visit the White City campus page for directions. The Hub office is located on the ground floor of the building on the west side in the "Nose Cone".

South Kensington (Level 3 Sherfield - West):
We are open Monday to Friday 10.00 – 16.00
With the current exceptions:
- 2-4 April our in-person office will be closed as we move to our new location on level 5 in Sherfield (we will be available by email/phone).
- We are closed for the university closure dates and bank holidays 17-22 April, inclusive.
White City (Sir Michael Uren Hub – Nose Cone):
We are open Monday to Friday 10.00-12.30 and 13.30 -16.00
The offices are closed Bank Holidays and university closures.
