A range of official documentation is automatically available to you confirming your registration status or your registration and attainment history at Imperial College London. You can request and access your eDocuments online.
My Imperial, the Imperial College London student portal, provides you with access to your personal details, Imperial registration and annual programme enrolment, your academic history and results, and document management.
Access your documents
Use the access your eDocuments link to access your documents online.
*UROP and occasional students can't access their documents via the online platform. More information on this can be found below.
New students
Make sure you use the ‘Log in with Imperial Email’ button. You can find more instructions on how to do this by accessing the DC Students Quick Reference Guide.
Your statement of registration will be available after 4pm the next working day after you enrol.
Documents available
Your documents will be automatically available at the appropriate time in your academic cycle, all year round. These include the following:
- Your Statement of Registration letter, which confirms your basic personal and programme details and your enrolment status with the College. It is designed for opening a bank account, obtaining council tax exemption and many other situations where you need to prove you’re a student with us.
- Your Statement of Award letter, which confirms your basic personal, programme registration and award details.
- Your Pre award Transcript, which is a record of all your final module results and will be available following publication of your results to My Imperial (My Student Record).
UROP students
- Individuals who are participating in UROP can’t access documentation using the e-Documents platform.
- Such individuals will still be able to utilise their confirmation of enrolment statement when they first enrol for UROP, and can contact urop@imperial.ac.uk if they require a formal registration statement. Normally these are requested once a UROP has concluded, but can be requested at other times.
- Undergraduates of Imperial who plan to undertake a UROP may be able to request extra-ECTS for the activity. Further information on the rules governing this process AND on participating departments can be found at the Placement Learning web-page (click on “credit for extra-curricula activities).
Occasional (visiting) students
Occasional students have access to a statement of registration level via the e-Documents platform. This is available up until their programme completion. Following completion, a registration letter/statement of attendance can be requested from student.records@imperial.ac.uk.
Document accessibility
Documents such as letters and award documents are not compatible with screen readers and instead function as images/scans. If you require an accessible version of your document, please contact the ICT Service Desk and they will be able to issue that for you.
