Staff within the Early Career Researcher Institute (ECRI) are committed to ensuring the Imperial community has opportunity to influence and shape our strategic direction and the provision we provide.
We are guided by an External Advisory Board but we report to the University Research and Enterprise Board (UREB). To inform our work, we have established various Specialist and Technical Advisory Groups, comprising internal experts from across the university and a Stakeholder Group which provides direct access to our primary stakeholders so that we can receive regular feedback on our provision.

In addition to these, we have implemented other internal Groups to take forward the development and quality assurance of our provision and to support our team culture.
