Please note that fees are charged by year of entry to the College and not year of study. The fees listed within this section are for students in the 2021–2022 academic session. To find the fee for your course, please choose your Department from the boxes below.

European Union students (not including Ireland) will no longer be able to claim UK Government funding or the lower EU (Home) fee rates for programmes starting from August 2021. European Union students will therefore be required to meet the Non-Home fee rate. Continuing students, who commence prior to 2021, will retain their fees and funding for the duration of the programme. For more information please see www.gov.uk/government/news/student-support-in-england.

The fees for Home and Ireland undergraduate students are controlled by the UK Government according to the funding model under which the student started their course of study.  These fees may increase annually by an amount linked to inflation and approved by Parliament under the Student Fees (Inflation Index) Regulations 2006 (currently the measure is the RPIX); fees for subsequent years of study may be higher than the fees listed here.  Imperial College London will charge all undergraduate programmes at the Higher Amount in 2021-22.

The fees for continuing Overseas students increase annually by the RPI value for the April of the calendar year in which the session commences and rounded to the nearest £500.00; fees for subsequent years of study may be higher than the fee listed here. All Fees are capped at the new-entrent fee rate.

If you have any questions about your fees, please contact a member of the Student Fees team using the contact links on the left hand side of the page.
