The Student Hub provides general information and advice for students. The friendly and knowledgeable team can support you with various questions and direct you to specialist services as appropriate.
See links on the right for access to information on university services.
The Student Hub can help with triaging questions relating to these areas specifically around:
Student Records
The Student Hub can help you with questions about your student status, enrollment process, registration confirmation, ID cards, transcripts and certificates.
Your statement of registration can be used to prove your student status (to apply for council tax exemption, Schengen visa for travel, student bank accounts, etc). You can access this yourself through My Documents to print or share securely with a third party through the e-portal.
If you need help with printing your document or if you need the letter addressed to a third-party, please contact the Student Hub and we can help you.
If you need to update your personal address on the letter, please make the change on My Imperial.
Any changes will take up to 48 hours to pull through automatically through the system.
Your pre-award transcript, transcript and certificate will also be available through My Documents (once they have been published after your official results are out).
Tuition Fees
In the Hub we can help you with basic questions around your tuition fees and payments, liaising with the finance teams or signposting you to them for further support.
To make a tuition fees or accommodation payment, please see information on the Fees and Funding pages for options on how to pay.
We can take debit or credit card payments in-person at the Hub.
Please note we do not accept American Express, JCB or Diners Club. We do not accept cash or cheque payments.
To make a payment in-person in the Hub, you must be the card holder, must have your invoice information with you as well as your Student ID card or other photo identification. Please make sure that your card is signed by you (if it has this option).
Student Funding
The Student Hub can help direct you to information on student funding, including scholarships and bursaries.
We can liaise with the student funding team on any questions around the Imperial Bursary, applications and allocations.
Student support fund information (for students experiencing unexpected financial hardship) is on the student funding pages.

Their website holds information around the application process, halls available as well as support for the private housing search.
