The Doctoral Programme in Sustainable Aviation (DPSA) is a research programme bringing together a diverse cohort of PhD researchers united by a shared focus on sustainability in aviation. It encompasses a dynamic portfolio of doctoral projects spanning engineering, science, and policy, reflecting the breadth and complexity of the sustainability challenge.

Within this collaborative environment, researchers explore a wide range of topics -  from technological innovation to systems and regulatory approaches - supported by academic and industry partners. Together, this work contributes to the knowledge and solutions needed to support aviation’s transition to a net zero future.
