The ICEGG's research activities are supported by an extensive national and international network of academic and industrial collaborators.

The former include the Department of Geomatic Engineering at UCL, the Institute of Engineering Surveying and Space Geodesy at the University of Nottingham, the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at the University of Leeds, the Department of Aerospace Engineering at the University of Glasgow, the Applied DSP and VLSI Research group at the University of Westminster, the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), the Technical University of Braunschweig and Dalhousie University in Canada.

Our industrial collaborators include the major European and global space and telecommunications companies (DASA, DLR, QinetiQ, Eurocontrol, Alcatel Space Industries, Thales, Matra-Marconi, Alenia, GMV, Science Systems, Inmarsat, VEGA, LogicaCMG, Raytheon, Airbus, Selenia and many others).

A strong international network of civil aviation authorities and air navigation service providers support our work in air traffic management. These include the UK Civil Aviation Authority, Australian Airservices, the Civil Aviation Safety Authority of Australia, LVF of Sweden, the US Federal Aviation Administration, New Zealand Airways, New Zealand Civil Aviation Authority, South Africa’s Air Traffic Navigation Services, and South Africa’s Civil Aviation Authority.
