Have your say on the exciting proposals for a dynamic new development beneath the Westway

Imperial is pleased to share our proposals to deliver a dynamic development providing flexible space open to a range of uses, alongside vibrant public realm, beneath the Westway.

The proposals will deliver on the outline consent for Development Zone 1 of Imperial’s White City Campus Masterplan and connect the Imperial and wider community by creating a welcoming meeting point at the centre of the White City Campus.

Our proposals will deliver:

• Two new buildings that provide a welcoming meeting point at the centre of the White City Campus.
• A key link under the Westway that connects the White City Campus via new pedestrian routes.
• Opportunity to provide a range of uses open to the Imperial community and a commercial offer for the wider public.
• Dynamic public realm with extensive spaces which could be used for community activities.
• Animating and enhancing the vacant area under the Westway to create an attractive destination.
• Planting and biodiversity which creates a vibrant green destination, in line with Imperial’s Net Zero Carbon 2040 Agenda.
