If you have failed your module your home department exam board will advise if a resit is required. Your module lead will the confirm with you the format of your resit assessment and any appropriate dates. In-year resits are normally held in the late summer period to inform departmental resit and progression boards in September.

Your home department’s resit and progression board will consider the results of your resit assessments and confirm, as appropriate, your progression to the following year or, if you are a final year student, your final degree outcome. Your module lead is not able to confirm your progression or final degree outcome.

If you have any questions about the details of your resit, please contact your module leader in the first instance.

Students taking a BPES module as part of I-Explore should refer to the guidance on the Hub
