Access Departmental Booking process

Planon Outlook Meeting Room Booking

If you are booking a room for non-teaching activity, Planon with Outlook integration is the College-wide system for booking meeting rooms which are NOT used for teaching. Access to book rooms in Planon has been given to all staff.
