Get your day off to a great start and blend the following all together for one minute:

  • Banana (whole or diced)
  • 250 ml milk (or milk alternatives)
  • 1 tablespoon of oats
  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon of plain yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon of flax seed
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seed
