Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) training 

EDI Training has a multitude of benefits, including better awareness for those who manage, hire and supervise others within our Department, creating a greater knowledge base for spurring further EDI initiatives, and to create a more inclusive community for underrepresented groups. 

The Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Centre (EDIC) runs a range of EDI training throughout the year. See their  page for further details. 

Imperial Essentials 

The Imperial Essentials courses are compulsory for all staff and aim to equip managers and staff with relevant and up-to-date College training and information about compliance and the College expectations around this.

Training and development courses

The College offers a wide range of training and development courses for all staff. The Department encourages staff to take advantage of these opportunities but it is a Departmental requirement that staff check with their line manager before booking onto a course. 

Courses are administered by the Organisational Development and Inclusion department who can also offer career development support, coaching, mentoring and more.
