To enable JRO Contracts teams to get to work promptly on a contract request, certain key pieces of information are required. See below for brief checklists of what is likely to be required for different contract types:

  • New contracts with funding INTO the College
  • New contracts with funding OUT of the College
  • New contracts with NO funding
  • Amendments to existing agreements.

Funding INTO the College

Please be prepared to supply the following information:

Funder
  • Name of funder/originating funder
  • Funder contact details
  • InfoEd number and/or project account number (if applicable)
Project description
  • Title of the project
  • Provide work description/funding application (or protocol)
  • Project start date / end date
  • Conflict of interests?
  • Is the project clinical or non-clinical?
  • Name of clinical sponsor
  • Provide copy of ethics application
  • Have you received regulatory approvals?
Third party involvement (Funding IN)
  • Name/contact details for co-funding third party(ies)
  • Associated InfoEd no.
  • Name and contact details for each third party
  • providing in-kind contribution
