Ups, downs and wellbeing: Emotion regulation in university teaching and learning. Workshop in collaboration with the Mental Health Awareness Week 2024. Tutor: Kate Ippolito. Wednesday 15 May 12.30-14.00
Learning outcomes:
- Recognise the important role of emotion in higher education
- Appreciate the relationships between goals and emotions in achievement situations
- Identify the impact of yours and other’s emotion on learning and teaching experiences
- Select and use strategies for regulating emotion in learning and teaching

Ups, downs and wellbeing: Emotion regulation in university teaching and learning
In collaboration with the Mental Health Awareness Week 2024 the EDU will be offering the Ups, downs and wellbeing: Emotion regulation in university teaching and learning workshop, which will critically explore the value of emotional variety in learning and teaching and strategies for emotion regulation to support achievement and wellbeing. This workshop is free of charge and available for staff and students. Wednesday 15 May 2024 12.30-14.00 (in person).
