Trade unions actively work together on behalf of all staff with Imperial College management to improve College proceduresand protect the rights of employees.

Union members are entitled to a range of legal and member services, including representation on a range of issues, both inside and outside the workplace. Restructuring of the faculties within Imperial College may have serious repercussions for staff and Unions can provide help and support to members who are affected.
