Students currently residing in continuing undergraduate halls (Evelyn, Parsons and Xenia) will be offered first refusal to remain at the hall of residence for the following academic year.

Current residents in these halls will be contacted in April by the accommodation team to enquire whether they wish to remain at the hall for the upcoming year, prior to applications opening.

Applications for all other continuing undergraduate students will open in mid-late May.

All current residents who have confirmed they wish to remain at the hall for the following year will be allocated and offered first.

After the current residents have been offered accommodation, the remaining applications will be reviewed and offers sent out on a first come first served basis.

Only one offer of accommodation will be provided to a student (including current residents). When allocating, we will provide you with an offer for accommodation in the order of your preferences, which were submitted on the application that we have available. If one of your options is not available, we will offer you an alternative room.

Please note, we cannot guarantee an offer to all applicants who apply. Once all rooms are allocated and offered, we will update the webpage to close applications and inform any unsuccessful applicants.
