Myeloid Single-cell RNA-Seq Barres Lab
Single-cell RNAseq profiles for microglia and brain myeloid cells (1816 cells total passed quality control) from different developmental stages (E14.5, P7 and P60). Cells were isolated from either the whole developing brain (E14.5) or one of the six regions (P7 and P60): Cortex, Cerebellum, Hippocampus, Striatum, Olfactory bulb, Choroid plexus.

PheWAS Resources (Phenome-wide association studies)
PheWAS studies analyze many phenotypes compared to a single genetic variant (or other attributes). This method was originally described using electronic medical record (EMR) data from EMR-linked in the Vanderbilt DNA biobank, BioVU, but can also be applied to other richly phenotyped sets.
