The Imperial White City Incubator offers flexible office and laboratory space ideal for growing deep tech companies.
Our fitted CL2 laboratories are supported by a dedicated lab manager and administration team. Our companies also benefit from location within ScaleSpace White City. We offer these with a flexible license to occupy.
We offer managed services as standard, including access to our shared equipment rooms, autoclaves, glass washers, ice machine and purified water sink, lab coat laundry and maintenance of fume cupboards and communal electrical equipment.
Laboratories
Our incubator includes 8 fitted CL2 laboratories, with 2 additional shared laboratories.
These high-quality facilities feature:
- Piped gases to each lab (Oxygen, Nitrogen and Carbon Dioxide)
- Access to shared equipment rooms
- Autoclave, glass washer, ice machine, purified water
- Maintained fume cupboards and communal electrical equipment
- Statutory inspections and safety checks
- Recycling and waste management

Shared labs
Our incubator’s shared labs are designed to help deep science startups at the outset of their entrepreneurial journey. Spaces are offered for single or multiple benches, and we aim to offer flexible arrangements for young companies.
Offices
We offer a range of private offices varying in size and style to suit your needs.
All of our office suites have power, telephone and access to high-speed network points. Office suites are furnished with chairs, desks and shelving.
All offices benefit from high speed wifi, security management and reception services through Scale Space.
On site showers, bike storage and a kitchenette stocked with unlimited tea and coffee are also provided.
Meeting rooms
Our companies have access to a range of private meeting rooms, collaboration areas and event spaces within Scale Space. Companies can also access event catering and a recording studio, all at Scale Space member rates.
