FAQ: ICIS Authorisation

This application will not work with Apple Mac machines and will only work with the Internet Explorer web browser.

If you are a Mac user and wish to raise a request through ICIS Authorisation, there are two options open to you:

• Obtain temporary access to a College Windows machine to raise the request.
• Check the ICIS Approvers list (request via sys.admin@imperial.ac.uk) and contact the relevant person for your department to ask them to raise the request for you.

Contact the ICT Service Desk with the request reference number and the Service Desk Specialists will pass the query to the ICIS Authorisation Support team.

If you are experiencing this issue, one of the approval steps could have timed out. Contact the ICT Service Desk with the request reference number and the Service Desk Specialists will pass the query to the ICIS Authorisation Support team.
