The system originally designed for XPS and Auger data now offers features covering a wide range of analytical techniques including ToF SIMS, dynamic SIMS and many more. Imperial has an Academic Site License for CasaXPS.

Only current students or employees of Imperial may license a PC for use with CasaXPS for the duration of their tenure at Imperial.
