Responsibilities of groups and individuals

  • To notify the library as soon as possible if you wish to cancel a booking
  • To ensure the room/pod is left clean and tidy
  • To report any damage or problems with equipment or furniture to library staff
  • To ensure that Library Regulations are met and maintained at all times

Zeneca room bookings

  • Bookings will be accepted from Imperial College London students/staff and NHS Library Members
  • Users may not book the room for the purpose of solo study
  • Minimum booking period 30 minutes, maximum booking period 2 hours
  • Only one booking per group, per session, is permitted (morning 09.00 - 13.00, afternoon 13.00 - 17.00, evenings 17.00 - 21.00)
  • The room is not available on weekends
  • The Library reserves the right to decline any booking request
  • Students/staff may book at Library Bookings, NHS Library Members, enquire at the Library Issue Desk or lib.hamm@imperial.ac.uk

Pod bookings

  • Bookings will be accepted from Imperial College London students/staff and NHS Library Members
  • Users may not book pods for the purpose of solo study
  • Minimum booking period 30 minutes, maximum booking period 2 hours
  • Only one booking per individual, per day across all pods
  • No food to be consumed in the pods
  • Students/staff may book at Library Bookings, for NHS Library Members, enquire at the Library Issue Desk or lib.hamm@imperial.ac.uk. Staff are eligible to book the Yellow/Green pods only.
