Department of Biological Sciences (2001 - )
The Department of Biological Sciences at Imperial College London was formed in August 2001 by the amalgamation of the former Biology and Biochemistry departments together with the Biophysics section of the Physics department to form one of the largest departments of biological sciences in Europe.
