A work of art from the 'Unsung' exhibition in the Blyth Gallery that featured 14 works by fourth year Medicine students taking the medical humanities course

A Friday Forum with a difference, this is a planning meeting for The Triptych of Science arts project. During the summer a group of Imperial’s scientists will make a small number of artistic pieces that together represent some aspect of how science is done. Can an arts project explore how a good research culture can make a difference to the life scientific? Do join this interesting experiment.

The meeting is for those who wish to get involved, so that we can together plan ideas, budgets, timelines and materials, and so that we can answer your questions. If you would like to find new ways to express how your science takes shape, then this project may be for you. To find out more please read our Project Summary, which can be found on the Good Science Project website. Researchers, research managers, technicians, support staff, PhD students – all members of Imperial’s research community are invited.

This Friday Forum will be led by Dr Stephen Webster and by Ella Miodownik, artist-in-residence and science media producer.
