Our seminar series continues on the 25th of April with a seminar from Dr Jennifer Cowan.

Dr Jennifer Cowan is Sir Henry Dale Fellow at UCL and her lab is interested in T cell function during aging. Particularly, she studies how thymic atrophy contributes to age-related immune dysfunction. She has generated interesting new models where she can prevent or invert thymic involution and is exploring whether restoring thymic function can alter T cell responses in aging hosts.
