When you become involved with research at ICTU you will be asked for contact details so that we can communicate with you about activities. We may also collect special categories of data such as health information relevant to the activities you are involved in. This GDPR Privacy Notice describes how we collect and use personal information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).

If you wish to raise a complaint on how we have handled your personal data, you can contact our Data Protection Officer who will investigate the matter. If you are not satisfied with our response or believe we are processing your personal data in a way that is not lawful you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
