International student support
About our service
The International Student Support team is committed to providing the highest standard of support to Imperial's international student population. We provide specialist immigration advice for applicants, students and graduates as well as running a programme of webinars, trips and events to foster integration, friendship and community.

We are located on Level 3 Sherfield Building with the Student Hub front desk.
Service hours
Our team will be available to offer advice on email or via MS Teams: Monday - Friday 09:30 - 17:30. To request an appointment on MS Teams please email.

The International Student Support team will be available in-person in the Student Hub on limited dates during March as follows:

- Wednesday 12 March 10:30 – 15:30
- Monday 17 March 10:30 – 15:30
- Thursday 20 March 10:30 – 15:30

- Wednesday 26 March 10:30 – 15:30
- Monday 31 March 10:30 – 15:30

Please note the office is closed on Saturday, Sunday, UK public holidays and university closure days.
