We offer weekly in-person appointments for prospective students in our Visitor Centre in the main entrance of our South Kensington Campus on Exhibition Road – located in square B2 on this campus map.

These 25-minute appointments with a member of our Student Recruitment team are a chance for you to ask any questions you may have about studying at Imperial, from what our courses are like to how to find accommodation in London.

Session schedule: Appointment slots are posted four weeks in advance and take place on Wednesdays. If the calendar on our booking form does not yet have the date you plan to visit, please check back a month from your desired date. 

No walk-in availability: All visitors must be pre-registered. We will provide walk-in visitors with a self-guided walking tour map. 

Business School courses: If you are interested in studying a course in Imperial College Business School, please contact the Business School directly.

Campus tours: These sessions are information sessions with a member of staff and do not include a campus tour. Our student-led campus tours also run on Wednesdays – we encourage you to book this separately.
