Learn more about what life is like at Imperial and explore our South Kensington Campus on one of our guided tours.
Tours take place on most Wednesday afternoons during term time, with additional tours usually offered during school holidays. They last for around 60 minutes and start from the university’s Main Entrance on Exhibition Road.
Booking is essential. Places can fill up fast, so it’s a good idea to book early – we advertise tour dates up to six weeks in advance.
If you’d like to bring family or friends, you can also book places for up to two guests to join you on your tour.

What's covered in the tour?
With one our student tour guides, you’ll visit some of our campus landmarks, like the university Main Entrance, Dalby Court and Dangoor Plaza, along with selected teaching spaces and facilities, including Ethos Sports Centre and Imperial College Union.
Our tour guides are students studying in departments across Imperial and can answer general questions about the university and student life. If you’d like to talk to students from a course or department you’re interested in, you can chat to our students online anytime, anywhere.
Unfortunately, not all our buildings and spaces are open for you to visit on the tour. However, you can visit our online Virtual Tour to explore our teaching and research spaces, communal areas and halls of residence.
