Making the most of your day
Don't miss our support services and student life fair in the Senior Common Room. The information, fairs, tours and library drop-in are available throughout the day so be sure to visit between talks and sessions.
There are often queues for the tours so leave plenty of time to make sure you can get to the talks you want to attend.
Make sure you stay well fuelled and hydrated throughout the day – free tea and coffee is available, and you can buy lunch from one of the catering outlets available.
Not sure where to start? Pop by one of our welcome points for some top tips and to get a copy of our Undergraduate Study Guide with your free tote bag when you check in.
Checking in
Please do check in at one of our Welcome Points – at the College Main Entrance or Dangoor Plaza to let us know you've arrived. This doesn't have to be as soon as your arrive on campus as we know that the desk can get quite busy at times. Feel free to come back at a time that fits with your schedule – even if that's after your first talk. We'll be here between 9.00 and 16.00.
Show your QR code to our staff either on a mobile device or as a printout. You can find your QR code on your booking confirmation email or by logging into our booking system.
If you didn't register for the Open Day before arriving, don't worry, please do still come to a Welcome Point and we can make sure you have all the information you need.
You can store any heavy luggage safely in our left luggage facility located in the Sherfield Building (West), Level 2, between 9.00 and 16.00. Imperial does not take responsibility for any loss or damage.
