If you are interested in using the Data Observatory as a filming space please follow the guidelines below. 

 

*IMPORTANT: The DO is not a filming studio, and we don’t have proper studio lights and we cannot adjust the image quality or refresh rate of the screens.*

 

 

In order to book the Data Observatory for filming you must:  

• Contact dsi_comms@imperial.ac.uk and gdobookings@imperial.ac.uk.

• Anyone wanting to book the space should fill out the Data Observatory Booking Form and read and sign the DO Booking Guidelines.

• Note that internal filming for outreach purposes has a preferential fee, and for external partners or organisations wanting to use the Observatory space for filming, we have a set charge.

• Prior to any filming, you must contact the Central Communications Research & Media Team to organise a location release form.
