Faculty of Engineering
The Faculty seeks to provide international leadership in engineering research and education and is widely recognised as a world leading engineering school. Our departments consistently excel in prominent league table rankings, while the College as a whole enjoys similar success.
Our Faculty is unique in the UK in supporting world class education and fundamental research across the full range of engineering disciplines.
All ten of our academic departments are located on a single campus in South Kensington, giving a concentration of talent that creates a stimulating and vibrant research culture, which promotes multidisciplinary collaborations and attracts internationally leading researchers and scholars.
Faculty of Medicine
The Faculty of Medicine is at the forefront of taking biomedical discoveries and translating them into the clinic - to the benefit of local patients and worldwide populations.
Our students benefit from our close connections with healthcare partners and multidisciplinary collaborations with the College's Faculties of Engineering, Natural Sciences and the Imperial College Business School. The combination of outstanding science, excellent staff and innovative teaching methods results in a truly world-class study experience.
Faculty of Natural Sciences
Together with our friends and colleagues in Engineering, Medicine and the Business School, the Faculty of Natural Sciences strives to produce the very best science and deploy it for the wider benefit of society. We are committed to both fundamental science and applications orientated research, seeing these as complementary parts of a common endeavour. We are very proud of our extensive collaborations with other academics and our colleagues in industry, here in the UK and across the globe.
