The undergraduate (UG) Senior Tutor Forum was created to encourage stronger ties across Imperial for Senior Tutors.

The Forum aims to:

  1. Create a community which connects and supports Senior Tutors (UG) in their role
  2. Enable opportunities for Senior Tutors to share best practice and learn from the experiences of others
  3. Provide support for troubleshooting, addressing challenges
  4. Identify where there are gaps in support provision offered centrally by Imperial which could be explored further by the Education Office and other student support teams

The establishment of the Senior Tutor (UG) Forum follows that of the postgraduate (PG) Senior Tutor Forum and has strong links to it.

The Senior Tutor (UG) Forum meets termly and Dr Elizabeth Day is the group’s Chair.

Annually, the Forum hosts an event open to all personal tutors at Imperial, to provide an opportunity for bettered links between new personal tutors and existing personal tutors, and create a connected community.

Get in touch if you are interested in joining the Senior Tutor (UG) Forum or have a topic for discussion.
