Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Centre

What is the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Centre (EDIC)?

EDIC is a dedicated team that works to support staff and make Imperial a better place to work by promoting EDI. We offer guidance, training and support as part of the College’s HR services. We listen and talk to staff across Imperial and work towards mainstreaming EDI. We work with individuals, teams, and departments, and the diversity staff networks, providing help and advice.

Disability support

If you want to speak to one of our Disability Advisors, then please fill out our disability support form. The information you enter on the form will help the team understand your needs and enable us to offer the most appropriate support. 

Harassment and bullying

A member of the team can listen to you and help you explore the informal and formal options available. All discussions are confidential, unless risk of harm. Please use our harassment and bullying support form to set up an appointment with the team.
