Help and Support

If you are experiencing issues using the Blackboard App please refer to the Blackboard App Help page and the Blackboard App Known Issues page.

Note: ICT do not directly support the use of the Blackboard App and we are unable to resolve errors encountered in the App.  If you cannot resolve the issue from the support links above then we recommend that you open Blackboard in a web browser instead of the App. If your issues persist then please contact the ICT Service Desk

If you would like to give feedback to Blackboard for features and issues in the App you can access this by going to the "More" menu at the bottom right and then select the "Feedback" icon.

Known Issue: Descriptions and attachments added to content types other than "items"  (e.g. Folders and Web Links) are not visible in the Blackboard App.  We recommend accessing courses via your browser so that you do not miss out on important information in your courses.
