Cancellation policy

• Cancellations received in writing before 31st December 2023 will be refunded less 20% administration fee.
• Cancellations received between 1st January 2024 and 25th March 2024 will receive a refund of 50% registration fee
• Cancellations received after 25^th March 2024 will be liable for 100% of the registration fee.
