Through a partnership agreement, Imperial is offering affordable rooms to continuing undergraduate students at Scape’s new purpose-built student accommodation in Hammersmith.
Up to 357 affordable bedspaces are available, with a mix of ensuite clusters, studios, and twodios and threedios.
Because of the terms of the agreement between Imperial, Scape and the Hammersmith and Fulham local council, all affordable bed spaces at Scape Hammersmith will have the same price of £194.08 per week (which is 55% of the maximum maintenance loan in England divided over 39 weeks) in accordance with the Mayor of London’s Housing Plan.
Accommodation comes with access to a 24/7 gym, cinema room, games area, communal lounge, study zones, outdoor terrace and around the clock support from dedicated Scape staff.

Students who are offered, and accept, a place at Scape Hammersmith will need to pay a deposit within 7 days of accepting the offer.
