We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic students to welcome and show prospective students and their parents or guardians around the halls, including Beit Hall, and Eastside and Southside Halls during the College Open Day.

The College will be hosting its Open Day events on Wednesday 26 June, Thursday 27 June and Saturday 14 September.

The deadline for submission of applications will be Thursday 9 May 2024.

***Applicants must be able to work the full day on BOTH Wednesday 26 and Thursday 27 June. Please state on your application whether you are able to work these 2 days or the full 3 days.

You will be required to attend a compulsory, in-person training session which will take place during week commencing 17 June.

NOTE: Work days are between 8.00 and 16.00 each day. You will be provided with a T-shirt and lunch, as well as a daily wage of £100.

Who can apply

Applicants who have undertaken training for the Rector's Ambassador Scheme and a Departmental Open Day will be given priority. However, we will welcome applications from anyone who is outgoing and passionate about promoting the College.
